The PTA Friends is a group of parents who organise events to raise money for the school and opportunities for the children and families of St. Edward’s to come together.
We have our summer fair on Friday 5th July 2024 from 1:30pm and we need more help to ensure we can go ahead!
Can you help with any of the following:
- Donating a raffle prize
- Arranging with an individual/business to provide an activity (e.g. Bouncy castles, face-painting, entertaining) or donating items to sell (food or drinks, toys)
- Sorting donations before the day
- Setting up from 12:30pm on 5th July
- Running a stall or activity on the day (no prep needed, just turn up!) Your children can help on the stall too. We’re hoping to have lots of different stalls including: Food and drinks, tombola, pocket money toys, sweets, bouncy castles and games.
- Tidying up from 3/3:30pm

Going forward it would be great to have PTA reps from each year group who help with passing messages to the wider parent community and organising support for PTA events. If you would be interested please complete that part of the form.
